Certified Green Restaurants®
As of 2023, both UNH 餐厅 Halls, Holloway共用 和 Philbrook大厅, are 4-Star Certified Green Restaurants® by the Green Restaurant Association. Four stars is the highest award given 和 we are so proud of this achievement! 此外, UNH牛奶吧 is a 3-Star Certified Green Restaurant®. Through continued sustainability efforts, 消除浪费, energy conservation, 和 extensive recycling, the dining halls 和 UNH牛奶吧 were able to meet the requirements for this honor.

Culinary Challenge Competition
Congratulations to Sr. Executive Chef; Todd Sweet who took home the bronze medal from the American Culinary Federation Competition at the 2023 Culinary Challenge. Chefs were tasked with creating a dish using pork tenderloins, ground pork 和 smoked bacon. They were required to use all three types of pork to build a nutritionally balanced plate including starch, 蔬菜, 还有酱汁. Chef Todd put a southern accent on the ingredients, cooking pork medallions, creole with smoky sage sausage, collard greens 和 black-eyed pea fritters.
